3) How to Organize a Team:
Once you have a team goal(s), the next step is to organize! Organization
for any team is key to ensuring a successful outcome and an enjoyable
experience for everyone. Being organized can make the difference
between realizing your goal(s) and having them left unfulfilled.
- Decide how many team members are needed and
what types of skills
they should have.
- Arrange a meeting with the whole team.
- At the meeting, work together as a team to decide on
a strategy:
- Identify your project goal.
- Figure out how the goal will be achieved.
- Create a timeline for when things are going to get done.
- Decide who is going to do what.
- Arrange how often meetings are to be held.
- Follow through on all aspects of the project
to make sure that everything is accomplished successfully.
4) Team Building:
Team building makes it possible for a group of people to reach their
collective goal(s), by strengthening the relationship between each
team member.
One of the main aims of team building is to get to know one another.
Learning about each other is important, because it is what is going
to help build the trusting and supportive environment needed to
spark good ideas and ways of attaining the team’s goals.

5) Lastly, Keep Everyone Informed:
It is important to remember that the more members of a team are
